Telephone and email support is provided in UK business hours and at other times by arrangement. We use “Glance” screen-sharing software for interactive, two-way training and support.

Updates

Most updates are done remotely by Planability personnel using specialist tools such as Microsoft Terminal Services and/or Cross-Loop.
