Used for data entry and editing. Preferred suppliers, locations and substitutes are identified through the MSR as are purchase quantities and everything related to stock levels and check frequency. A "read only" version is made generally available to users.

Stock Find Form
A way of checking all functions for a stocked item - current stock by location, goods in/out, returned to supplier, scrapped, stock adjustments, etc.

Product Range - (Stock Availability)
Particularly useful for stocked items with multiple dimensions; for example:

1. Timber Sheets - say by wood-type, width, length, finish, etc
2. Clothing - say jeans by waist, colour, model number, length, etc
   

There is no limit to the number of dimensions that can be recorded and displayed other than practicality.

Check Prompts
Based on the data entered on the Master Stock Record, Planability’s stock management system will prompt stock checks and create sheets to be used for the purpose.
