Service Sector ETI is a Service Management Software system designed for the management of contracts, projects or jobs from Enquiry To Invoice.

The additional “service” features briefly described here are designed to support businesses with personnel in the field delivering a service to businesses and/or consumers. These new features are integrated with the full Planability ETI system (see Standard ETI tab).

Service personnel must be able to receive new enquiries, act on them and confirm the outcome while working remotely from the office. There is a need for management to relay instructions to their teams, recording the communications within their business system. They may also wish to set and monitor service delivery targets.

Additionally, there may be a need to record incoming data in such a way that it can be used for follow-up activities.
